Shipping and Return policy:
. All items ordered will ship in 1-5 working days, unless material is unavailable or the order takes more than 16 hours to cut.
. Parts custom cut to customer drawings or drawing developed online are
Nonreturnable.
.Return of parts that are cut out of tolerance or wrong material will require obtaining a return authorization. These returns will be handled on a case to case basis. Which may include the following remedies:
Return label sent and parts returned, reworked or remade and sent back.
Partial refund if customer can use parts
Full refund if it is cost prohibitive to return parts.

- Part drawing: Preferred formats CAD Formats .DXF, .DWG, SLDRW, STEP. WE can quote from sketches, scanned drawings, pdf's ect.
- Material grade and type also weather material certs are required.
- Quantities required.
- Expected Lead time.
